R. Kelly's people are only making a claim for $3,000?

Univeral Music Publishing Group executives are saying that they were never paid for Michael Jackson's usage of "Ignition" during his 2003 TV Show Michael Jackson's Private Home Movies.

So, Universal owns the rights to the 2002 record and they have attached a contract to their creditor's claim to show the fee.

Diddy Gets His Son A $360,000 Car For His Sixteenth Birthday

So, Justin Dior Combs "Diddy's Son" is a proud owner of a $360,000 luxury sedan! Sweet! Justin's Birthday Party was at the Manhattan club M2 Ultralounge on Saturday night. Diddy gave his son a $10,000 check and Justin donated the money to Wyclef Jeans Charity Yele Haiti. What a great son that is.

One more thing. He can't drive! So, Diddy hired a driver for him so he can be driven around town with his friends. Isn't that fun?

Gary Coleman Got Arrested

Remember him as a child actor? Yes, him! Coleman got arrested in Santaquin, UT on Sunday in the afternoon for one count of domestic assault with a warrant for his arrest from some other previous legal thing.


His bail? $1,725 in the Utah jail... LOL man that sucks.



Why do stars always mess up? I know they're human just like us but really. C'mon! Just think if you were in the spotlight had the chance to do things you always wanted to do. Would you mess up and be lame with it? Hope not.

New Pro Basketball League is only for Whites

Welp. I guess History really does repeat itself.


A new professional Basketball League, planned for launch in twelve cities will only include, white males who are born in the U.S. Don "Moose" Lewis announced the All-American Basketball Alliance just a day before Martin Luther King Jr. Day.


He would announce it the day before MLK Day right?


"Only players that are natural born United States citizens with both parents of Caucasian race are eligible to play in the league," a press release distributed Sunday said.



Lewis claims he's not being racist and that he wants to get away from "street ball" played by "people of color" who are mostly in the NBA.


Okay, how is it "street ball" when there are guys in stripes blowing a whistle everytime you mess up?!


Whatever. I just hope it doesn't go through really in those twelve cities and won't even come to mind to the rest!

Diddy throws a smashing party for his son

Sean "Diddy" Combs is throwing a "Prince of New York" 16th birthday part for his oldest son, Justin. Big-name performers and guests will be there including Chris Brown for the event at an unidentified local club on Saturday, which will be filmed for MTV's "My Super Sweet 16." A source said. So instead of buying or re-gift wrapping a gift for Justin. All you have to do is just make a donation to the Haiti Fund.






I'm sure he'd still want a gift though. Just saying...

He might be trouble!

Felisha Terrell, Kemp's ex filed a restraining order against him in June 2008 due to his violent behavior.

"He is violent and I am afraid. He repeatedly made me scared and gets in my face. He is threatening to take all the items I purchased and try to destroy my property," said Terrell. "He brings his friends driving up and down the street to try and intimidate me. I am very fearful. He has other people calling me and stalking me."

And you'd think Rihanna would do better after being with Chris Brown!

She also claims that Matt was "kicked out of a club for fighting with a woman - I am afraid his behaviour will turn towards me since we are no longer dating."

Wow.

Kanye West Is Not Invited

Rapper, Kanye West is not number one on anyone's list anymore. He was not invited to participate in George Clooney's telethon fundraiser for the earthquake victims in Haiti.

Probably a good idea!



One of the producers explained:

"After what he said on the Katrina telethon and the way he behaved at the MTV Video Music Awards, everyone agrees it's just best that he does not participate.

"Kanye has to make everything about himself. He will do anything to steal the spotlight and, well, this night it's just not about him."



We can't blame them! We all know what happened at the MTV Video Music Awards...
