LaDainian Tomlinson No. 21 from San Diego; Chargers got the cut

LaDainian Tomlinson was released from the San Diego Chargers Monday :(

He was with the chargers for a good nine- years. He became one of the NFL's greatest running backs.

The cut must have been in the Chargers mind. He turned 30 last year. Then he was injured early season in 2009. He finished with 730 yards on 223 carries for an average of 3.3 yards per carry, all career lows.

Even though in 2006 he was the NFL's MVP with 31 touchdowns & 186 points. And including the rushing title in 2006 and 2007 maybe wasn't good enough for the Chargers.

Tiger Woods Finally Speaks Out

It was a Tiger moment as he finally spoke out. He let everyone know that he is deeply sorry and asked us to believe in him again. And he is still seeking help for his addiction and there for will not be playing any golf anytime soon.

Shani Davis makes history in the Winter Olympics

With a fast last lap, American Shani Davis successfully defended his 1,000-meter speedskating gold. The win makes him the first African-American athlete to win an individual gold in consecutive Winter Olympics. It's Shani's second career gold and third medal overall.

Jay-Z is not a big fan of the new version of "We Are the World" remake.

"I know everybody is gonna take this wrong: 'We Are the World,' I love it, and I understand the point and think it's great. But I think 'We Are the World' is like [Michael Jackson's] 'Thriller' to me. I don't ever wanna see it touched," Jay-Z told MTVNews.com Saturday night.

In a way, I feel what he is saying about how certain things shouldn't be remade. But, this is for a good cause. Yes, I don't like this song like I liked the old one. It was...different. Certain things yes they could of done differently. But its just different/new.. But atleast someone spoke out. What do you guys think?

Brittany Murphy's Last Movie To Be Released

Abandoned, the last film Brittany Murphy appeared in before her passing, has been picked up by Anchor Bay Entertainment for distribution.

"It was important to Anchor Bay that the timing of this release be right, because we're sensitive to such a tragic loss. However, we also recognize that Brittany's fans will want to see her amazing work," said Anchor Bay's president in a recent statement.



The thriller starring Murphy and Dean Cain will be in theaters nationwide in summer 2010.

John Mayer Breaks Down in Tears After Public Apology

John Mayer's fans in Nashville got more than just a rock concert last night.


"I'm out. I'm done. I just want to play my guitar," said Mayer during the closing song, "Gravity."

The announcement comes after a "misguided" interview with Playboy magazine landed Mayer in hot water. In the story, Mayer made racist comments and spoke explicitly about his relationship with ex-girlfriend Jessica Simpson.

"In the quest to be clever I completely forgot about the people I love and the people that love me," he said from the stage. "I decided I would be as clever as possible all the time and I did that at the expense of people I love and that feels absolutely terrible."

President Clinton In Good Spirits After Hospital Procedure

He is ok! After all Hillary was there by his side.

After being admitted to the hospital for chest pains, former President Clinton's counselor, Douglas Band, has released a statement.

“Following a visit to his cardiologist, he underwent a procedure to place two stents in one of his coronary arteries. President Clinton is in good spirits, and will continue to focus on the work of his Foundation and Haiti's relief and long-term recovery efforts.”

Clinton had apparently been tired and fighting a cold after his trip to Haiti on February 5th.

Dr. Murray Will Soon Go To Jail

Dr. Conrad Murray lost a court case in Vegas this morning due to failure to appear.

I wonder why he didn't show up...

Ed Chernoff, his lead lawyer, said: "I haven't received any phone call from anybody asking for the doctor to surrender. If we get the call, we'll be happy to."


I mean the whole world hates this guy from what he has done. He should just wanna go in and not wait for that call. Duh!


If Murray goes to jail he is most likely to be charged with involuntary manslaughter, which is at the most a four-year prison sentence.

Not only that. He has to live with how he killed the King of Pop for the rest of his lame life.
